  • We immediately sell your information to service providers (contractors, home service businesses) who pay us to receive potential customer leads

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: By submitting your information, you are consenting to have your personal information (including name, phone number, email, address, and service details) sold to and shared with multiple third-party service providers whom we do not control. These service providers will contact you, and you may receive calls, emails, and text messages from multiple companies. We cannot control how often they contact you or how they use your information after we share it with them.

  • Your lead is typically sold to 3-5 service providers simultaneously (sometimes more depending on your location and service type)
  • These are independent, third-party businesses operating in your area
  • Service providers will contact you directly via phone, email, or text message
  • Service providers pay us a fee to receive your lead information - this is our business model
  • Each service provider has their own privacy practices and data handling

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: We do not control, and are not responsible for, how service providers use your information once we share it with them. Each service provider operates independently and has their own privacy practices.

CRITICAL: WE DO NOT VET SERVICE PROVIDERS

We want to be completely transparent: We do NOT conduct comprehensive background checks, license verification, insurance verification, or credential checks on service providers who register with our platform.

By submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We perform only basic verification that service providers are operating businesses (name, contact info, service area)
  • We do NOT verify licenses, insurance, bonding, credentials, qualifications, or backgrounds
  • We do NOT monitor service provider conduct, work quality, or business practices
